Booking & Payment Conditions
1. The above rates are per room per night and do not include breakfast.
2. In case of sharing a room with two persons at Grand/COEX Intercontinental Hotel, KRW25,000 per room per night (subject
to 21% tax & service charge) will be added to the above room rates.
3. Tax & Service Charge : 21% tax & service charge will be added to the above room rates.
4. The room rates are fixed in Korean Won, and the rates in US$ are subject to change according to foreign exchange rates.
(US$1 = 1,000 as of November 2010)
5. The reservation must be accompanied by one night deposit with credit card details by August 30, 2011 to guarantee your
booking, and the remaining balance of room-only payment shall be charged automatically by Plaza 21 Plus Travel after
check-out.
6. As rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, early reservation is recommended.
After August 30, 2011, room availability and rates may not be guaranteed.
7. The above rates only apply to convention participants who book & pay through the official travel agency, Plaza 21 Plus
Travel.
8. Hotel room-only payment receipt will be issued under the name of Plaza 21 Plus Travel by e-mail or fax upon request.
 
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Any change or cancellation should be informed by e-mail or fax to Plaza 21 Plus Travel immediately.
2. Cancellation received till Sep. 12, 2011 : 100% refund.
3. Cancellation received on or till Sep. 27, 2011 : 50% of one-night room rate will be charged.
4. Cancellation received from Sep. 28, 2011 or no-show : One-night room rate will be charged.
